Got a japanese language book about 3 weeks ago, I would love to live in japan one day so I thought i’d try and learn the language. I would have liked to have learned japanese at college put there was’nt any courses at the college where I live. I’m doing ok learning from my book my hubby’s helping me he really wants to learn it aswell its helping alot learning together, The book im using is called japanese from zero its great there’s 5 volumes of the book hope i to get them all and be able to speak/write fluent japanese one day though I know it may take a few years.
Don’t you just hate having to wait for all your anime dvd’s, especially when there’s a new series out and you can only get one dvd a month. I ordered wallflower 2: lesson 2: shrewing of the timid + art box it’s not out till February it’s such an awesome series i cant wait for the next dvd.
I’ve also got hellsing ultimate journal i wont be writing in it though wouldn’t want to ruin it, got popotan box set, dears official fan book, tenjho tenge complete collection my hubby put half the money towards that one cause he really likes the series. I finally got my-hime 7 special edition + artbox need to get the rest of the series still think i might try and get a dvd next month. I must order a camera charger tonight I never did find it shame i could of bought another anime dvd with the money, must have pictures for the site though else it doesn’t look right.

That is the question I’ve been asking myself, well me my hubby and are friend are going to a japanese festival in september. There’s gonna be all sorts of stuff there’s lots of stalls tradional geisha’s, japanese food stalls, martial arts show, samurai sword demonstration, anime and manga and much more. I’ve never been to an event like this before so it should be really good fun. There having a new event a cosplay competition you have to walk down a catwalk and you get photo’s took aswell you can also win a prize. I’ve never done anything like that in my life though but I’ve allways found it interesting I’d want a really good quality costume though but I read that to enter the competition you have to make your own costume.
I have to say that’s gonna be a hard task for me, i cant even sow. I was gonna buy a cosplay outfit from ebay and there was a website i found that do hand made costumes. I think i’ll have a go making my own i’ve got plenty of time to put one together if it turns out to look too scary to wear I’ll just wait till there’s an event where you dont need to have a costume you’ve made yourself. I’m back been very busy over the last few months got a job in November for over christmas just finished this month been working nights. The good thing about working late hours equals more pay, and that means more anime,manga,plushes ect. I got all of ‘to heart’ and i got the rest of the dvd’s i needed to finish ‘this ugly yet beautiful world’. I also got the dears thinpack, green green complete collection, Azumanga Daioh thinpack, Dears vol 1 manga, Albert plush from negima and the FLCL cat plush.
A show i’ve got recently is the wallflower got the first dvd to it and It’s awsome its so funny it’s about this really strange girl who’s been made to live with these 4 beautiful boys she calls them creatures of the light well they have to try and turn her into a lady, if they do so they get there rent payed so far it’s not been an easy task. I watched all 5 episodes last night thats on the first disc and i cant wait for the next dvd, Its out in febuary and comes with an art box to hold the rest of the dvd’s. I’m gonna make an order tonight have’nt really made my mind up what to buy think i’ll just get dvd’s.
Sorry there’s no pictures of all my new stuff i’ve even bought a new shelf for it all, I’ll post some pictures as soon as i find my camera’s charger though i have a feeling i’ll be buying a new one it’s been missing a while. Here’s an amv to watch though it’s one of my favourite anime’s.
